Sending an order indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned in this text by the user.<\/p>\n

All product offers are valid until stocks last or when the stated time has elapsed.<\/p>\n

All listed prices are subject to VAT.<\/p>\n

Orders<\/p>\n

Every order placed in the online store is recorded and its acceptance constitutes a distance selling contract in accordance with Directive 2011\/83 \/ EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.<\/p>\n

Each order is considered complete after the electronic imposition of a fully completed “Order Form” on the website and becomes binding by sending an electronic receipt from www.thedailycherry.gr via email.<\/p>\n

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The consumer should contact the store either by phone at +302741020320, or by sending an email to info@thedailycherry.gr or in writing stating their order number and requesting a refund.<\/p>\n

The products should be in their original condition. Opened products are not returned.<\/p>\n

The consumer will be charged with the shipping costs of the return only for the products that have left the headquarters of E. Kouros – L. Berthiot O.E ..<\/p>\n
